What changes the price
- Bin count. The main driver.
- Frequency. More frequent visits cost less per visit, though every-two-months gets only a modest step down from quarterly because those households are already buying six visits a year.
- Condition. Unusually heavy contamination may need a quote.
- Access. Bins need to be out, empty, and reachable. That is why service is timed to the day after your pickup.
- Property type. HOAs, businesses, and multiple properties are quoted rather than priced from the table.
